We accept refunds / resend products in the following cases:
1: Damaged / poor quality printed goods
2: Wrong product (wrong model, the wrong type of product)
3: The wrong size (we send the wrong item of the order you ordered)
4: Your item has not arrived within 22 days
Please contact us by email at [email protected] and our support team will help you arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
Replacements will take time as for normal orders (1 to 5 days for processing, and 11-17 days for delivery)
The total time is 12 to 22 days.
We do not accept refund / resend in the following cases:
– The customer chose the wrong size
– Missing package due to wrong delivery address
– Customers do not like the material of the product (Polyester)
– The customer changes the order/shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped.
SMALL SIZE ORDER
Since your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers take all risks when choosing the style and suitability of their purchase. To help you better choose the right size, we have provided a size chart on each product page.
ADJUSTMENT OR CANCELLATION
Once your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service and request an order modification or cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has gone into production and cannot be modified.
ORDER DAMAGED / INCORRECT
We are doing our best to ensure the product quality and the accuracy of the order. However, you may receive an item that is damaged, has poor printing quality, or the product is inaccurate. It is quite unusual! But, if that’s the case, we guarantee 100% satisfaction to all of our customers, by offering free replacement orders or refunds on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing the incorrect item, poor print quality, or damaged areas of the item in the package of the affected items. Please contact us via email at [email protected] and one of our helpful support staff will organize a reprint or refund!
ORDER IS NOT RECEIVED
If your item has not arrived within 22 days of placing your order, contact one of our staff at [email protected] for a full refund of your purchase. (Please note that this policy excludes errors made by customers in providing incorrect delivery details on their order (s) and/or delivery of missed parcels.)
ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION LETS THAT THE ORDER HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED
If the package falls into this category, we reserve the right to send a replacement. Refunds are only available for orders that have been successfully received.

Where due to the above conditions, we will send mail to you, we can negotiate, we will resend a new product or refund
Problems with your order?
Before ordering through our website, we advise you to thoroughly research the product you intend to buy. We will assist you to solve any problems when you contact us.
We have a 14-day return policy for all defective orders from our side
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In any event, we are unable to accept returns of products that have been used.
How to return the product
- Email us with your return reason and unsatisfactory product photo or video proof
- A pre-paid shipping label will be created and provided by email.
- Pack the items into the box and packaging you received, print the shipping label, and label the box. The box can be mailed at your nearest post office.
- A refund or store credit will be issued once the returned item has arrived at our warehouse.
- Customers will receive the refund within 1 to 3 business days.
- If your refund is late after 3 business days. customer, please contact your credit card company.
- We will provide proof of refund to customers

What if a product is damaged?
In the unlikely event that a product reached your hand is defective, damaged or the product was shipped incorrectly, please notify us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.
Because your product is custom printed just for your order. If you have any problems with an item you purchased, please let us know and let our support team do our best to assist you. We will either replace the defective item or refund you
